Comprehensive Training: Strengthening Expertise
To comprehensively enhance the business capabilities and overall quality of the support team, the company organized comprehensive training for all employees of the Flight Support Department covering confidentiality, safety, behavioral norms, and operating procedures. This training adopted a theoretical learning + practical examination approach, consolidating the work foundation of each team member to ensure the successful completion of each flight.
Boosting Morale: Deployment Mobilization
On the eve of deployment, the Flight Support Department held its first work meeting of the new year, attended by the company's general manager, Ruan Bo; various business vice-general managers; all members of the Flight Support Department; and relevant personnel from the Comprehensive Management Department. This first meeting of the new year served as a mobilization meeting to unify thinking, boost morale, and inspire efforts. Department business leaders made speeches and statements focusing on the company's 2024 strategic goals and work tasks. Everyone expressed their determination to continue strengthening teamwork, improving execution, and making every effort to complete the annual tasks.
At the meeting, General Manager Ruan pointed out that the Flight Support Department is the company's youngest, most energetic, hardworking, and battle-hardened team. All support team members must maintain a work style characterized by rapid response and strict obedience to orders, resolutely completing all tasks as required and resolutely preventing human-caused quality, safety, and confidentiality issues. The department should continue to strengthen training in professional skills, technical skills, and physical fitness, seeking steady progress, continuously adapting to the company's development needs, and building a versatile Jinpengda support team to achieve innovative and transformative development goals.
