To comprehensively enhance the business capabilities and overall quality of the support team, the company organized comprehensive training for all employees of the Flight Support Department covering confidentiality, safety, behavioral standards, and operating procedures. This training adopted a theoretical learning + practical examination approach to consolidate and strengthen the work foundation of each team member, ensuring the successful completion of each flight.
Boosting Morale: Deployment Mobilization
On the eve of deployment, the Flight Support Department held its first work meeting of the new year. General Manager Ruan Bo, various business vice-general managers, all members of the Flight Support Department, and relevant personnel from the Comprehensive Management Department attended the meeting.
